All this cold weather makes me think about summer. Summer means ice cream cones, camping, corn on the cob, watermelon at picnics, extended daylight hours to play, and hmm..what else....WEDDINGS! Tis the season to get married outside and no place is better than an outdoor Northwest Wedding!
If you don't have your summer wedding location booked yet, the time is now to get it done. Venues book up very fast and it seems that the popularity of an outdoor NW summer wedding continues to build. You can still find some great spots for small to large weddings if you are not picky about dates. The weather is still great through mid September. Also, there are lots of places that have an "outdoor" feel, but are enclosed from the unexpectedness of our weather. Find venues that boast large windows, atriums, garage doors, or outdoor patios so that you can have the best of both worlds.
